Committees meet quarterly, and appointed members commit to two hours of work between meetings to coordinate committee projects and business.

The Steering Committee is comprised of the co-chairs of all the committees. These co-chairs come together to review publications, projects, and membership from all the committees. This strategy allows Oregon SATF to have a multi-disciplinary review of all work coming out of our committees.
