Resource Maintenance

Review Process:
Documents will be reviewed as needed (e.g., legislative updates, best-practice changes) or at MFC discretion.
At minimum, all documents will be reviewed every five years.
Once a document is identified for review, it will be announced in the MFC meeting agenda and briefly discussed during the meeting.
The review process officially opens at that time, and MFC members may submit feedback using the process outlined below.
Member feedback remains open until one week prior to the next MFC meeting. Submitted feedback will be collectively reviewed, and approved updates will move forward in the revision process.
To maintain efficiency, we aim to review at least one document per meeting cycle—though multiple documents may be under review simultaneously. Some will require minor updates, while others may undergo significant revision.
Under Review/Revision
MFC members are all encouraged to review resources currently under revision and contribute feedback to ensure our resources are informed by multidisciplinary expertise.
