Sustainability Plan (2022)

Originally developed by Oregon SATF’s Campus Program with help from Ritu Roy and adapted by Oregon SATF’s Prevention Program, this sustainability plan is designed specifically for individuals who work in violence and abuse prevention, but can be used by anyone who works in violence prevention or response, and any professional who engages in work that intersects with social justice and trauma.

This resource supports practitioners with practical ideas and applications for not just traditional “self care”, but community care strategies that will support the individual’s sustainability, and sustainability of our field, by extension.
