Mary Pat McAlevy (She/her) is an esteemed Executive Director of a dual domestic and sexual violence agency, catering to the needs of the rural Oregonian coastal community. As a survivor of both domestic and sexual violence, she has dedicated her career to supporting survivors in navigating the legal system, including interactions with the police, District Attorney Victim Advocate programs, and the medical system, through community-based advocacy agencies.
Mary Pat's commitment to advocacy extends beyond her role as a board member of the Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force. As the Vice Chair of the South Coast Equity Coalition and the disability representative, she works to ensure that people with disabilities in Coos and Curry Counties receive the equitable services they deserve.
Her primary mode of communication is her native language, American Sign Language. Mary Pat is dedicated to providing equitable services for all people in her community.
