Our commitment to equity

Our agency values transparency and equity in pricing and project selection. By paying for services and projects outside of the day-to-day scope of our work, you allow us to continue to provide free services (resources, webinars, etc.) to Oregonians in every county.

If our costs for services are prohibitive for your agency and work, please reach out to our team at taskforce@oregonsatf.org, and a member from our team can meet with you to discuss your project and agency needs.

When selecting projects, our team considers the following criteria (in no specific order): staff capacity, if the project supports rural or frontier communities, if the project supports services or training for communities that have historically been barred equitable access to training or funding (including, but not limited to: people with disabilities, Indigenous and Tribal communities, 2SLGBTQQIA+ communities, people of color, etc.), financial resources required of Oregon SATF to implement project goals, current Oregon SATF grant requirements and project deliverables, how many people in Oregon the project will assist, and duration of project.
