Bethany Walmsley(she/her)

Interim Executive Director

Bethany uses her nonprofit leadership experience to keep day-to-day operations steady and moving forward as SATF’s Interim Executive Director. She uses her acquired skills and knowledge of nonprofits to provide extra support to our board of directors, staff, evaluate the systems in place, and provide essential financial oversight

Prior to becoming a consultant, Bethany served for many years as an executive director for nonprofits. Most recently, she led the Returning Veterans Project (RVP), a nonprofit that connects veterans and families to cost-free mental health services in Oregon and Washington.

Prior to her work in the nonprofit sector, Bethany worked for nearly two decades in large health care organizations to improve clinical quality and build more reliable care delivery systems.

Bethany is also passionate about helping nonprofits strengthen their fundraising so they can maximize their impact to benefit the community and improve the lives of those they serve.
