Growing Prevention Community Chats
Cost: FREE | When: various dates, March-April | Location: Virtual (Zoom)
Overview: Our Hot Beverage Chats are BACK! These FREE community convenings were so popular in 2023, we've brought them back for another round! As April is Sexual Assault Action Month (SAAM) and Child Abuse Prevention Month (CAPM), the Oregon Sexual Assault Task Force (Oregon SATF) and Prevent Child Abuse Oregon (PCAO) are co-hosting this FREE short learning series to explore creative, overlapping, and innovative violence and abuse prevention efforts throughout Oregon!
Join Oregon SATF and PCAO with your beverage of choice or lunch, and explore new strategies, linkages, and community efforts to prevent abuse and violence across the lifespan. These hour-long chats, throughout March and April, are an opportunity to hear from folks doing work that helps prevent violence and abuse, connect with other people around Oregon working to make our communities healthier and safer for all people, and collect more resources.
Learn with us, share your ideas, and help grow violence and abuse prevention throughout Oregon.
