Diana Rodriguez (she/her)

Diana has a profound commitment to sexual assault and domestic violence awareness, education, and supportive services for victims and survivors. She brings experience as a DART/SART Counselor, advocate, and trainer. In this capacity, she collaborated with law enforcement to provide secondary response to domestic violence and sexual assault victims. Her hands-on approach helped survivors access crucial resources, including shelter, medical aid, and ongoing counseling services and was recognized by the City of Los Angeles in 2015 for her exceptional work and training as a Victim Advocate and Crisis Counselor.
She brings over a decade of diverse professional experience as a business consultant where she has been instrumental in developing and mentoring talent in the retail and food service industry. With a passion for ensuring the development of future leaders, she excels at creating strategic succession plans that utilize often overlooked candidates. Her desire is to bring together her diverse experience to help develop future leaders in sexual assault and domestic violence services in underserved communities.
