The Statewide Sexual Assault Response Team Conference is an opportunity for teams around the state to come together and share successes, challenges and build connections to strengthen the sexual assault response across the state.
Conference Dates: August 14th & 15th, 2025
This year our focus is building a sustainable and inclusive response across the state. In a time when traditional methods may no longer serve, we invite presenters to explore how we can all work together for a more just future.
How are you engaging in survivor-centered work in your community? How do we know when it’s time to leave certain practices behind and reinvent our approaches?
We are looking for proposals from Advocates, Law Enforcement, Prosecutors, SANEs, and Tribal partners to present a workshop/presentation during the conference. These proposals sounds be:
1-2 hours in length
Include trauma-informed and survivor-centered language
Include practices that have helped boost the sexual assault response in your community
Honorariums available for those selected to present!
Submit your proposal today to join us as we put community into action, and use our collective experiences to improve and adapt sexual assault response in Oregon.
